How we review places

Official information

Addresses, hours, prices and descriptions come from the business itself or from public sources. Details change, so please check with the place before you go. Where we've confirmed details ourselves, the page says when.

Kuttio's Take

This is our editorial assessment for parents. Each Take says what it's based on: a visit, our research, information from the business, or feedback from local parents. We never say we visited somewhere we haven't. Takes are never paid for.

Parent reviews

Reviews come from parents and include their children's ages, because a great place for a two-year-old can be dull for a nine-year-old. Every review is moderated before it's published. We don't copy reviews or ratings from other websites.

Photos

We only show photos we have permission to use: our own, ones supplied by the business, or properly licensed images. Credits appear with each photo.

Advertising and partnerships

• Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored. A business can pay to appear at a set position in results, but only in results its listing already matches, and never twice in the same list.
• Featured marks our own editorial picks. Featured is never paid and doesn't change the order of search results.
• Some booking links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission. These are marked next to the link and never influence our Take.

Corrections

If something is out of date or wrong, tell us and we'll check it. Businesses can send updated details and photos at any time.
